We are based in Naples, Idaho, in Boundary County, and our work reaches out from there across the Idaho Panhandle and into Northwest Montana. The terrain changes as you cross it: lake country, river valleys, timbered hillsides, high prairie. So do the building departments, the snow loads, and the access to a site.

A building should be engineered for the place it stands.
Frost depth, snow load, wind exposure, soil, and a steep or remote access road all change how a building should be designed and built. Permit requirements change from county to county, and sometimes from town to town. Knowing the ground is part of doing the work right, and it is one more reason to have a single team carry the project from design through finish.
