On that call we walk your design, your site, and your budget against the three structural systems and tell you honestly which one fits, including when timber is the better answer even though we build in steel. If we're not the right builder for your project, we'll say so then rather than three meetings later.

Yes. We carry the permit application and inspection process through your local building department as part of the build.
